Each year beginning the week before Thanksgiving, the Historical Society's mansion is lavishly decorated in the Victorian manner. Holiday spirit abounds from room to room, with the focal point being a grand 14-foot Christmas tree in the Music Room, aglow with thousands of lights. Meet Santa and Mrs. Claus, or for a special treat, take the kids to have a spot of tea with Mrs. Claus. (A word of caution: The museum's collections contain artifacts and information about Fall River's most infamous resident, Lizzie Borden.)
