On Friday evenings this summer, the La Brea Tar Pits and Museum are open with free General Admission.  Activities include live excavations and looks inside the Museum. Some activities require additional fee.

Select Fridays guests can enjoy a Behind-the-Scenes Tour  or the Fossil Lab or Project 23 ($10 each per person, see website for schedule, limited availability.)

Guests also have the option of viewing Titans of the Ice Age 3D. ($5 per person. Showings every 30 minutes until 7 pm.)
