METC presents The Potato in honor of NJ Makers Day. Dive into everyone's favorite vegetable, the potato. Participants create potato stamps, make potato batteries to power a lightbulb, and use potatoes to create oobleck and Play-Doh.

Examine how the potato grows and its life cycle. Come see what this versatile spud can do during New Jersey STEM Month.
