In honor of Arbor Day, visit some of Wave Hill’s treasured trees and have a tactile experience making rubbings of the many textures of bark. Then, frame and decorate your designs to take home.  

On Saturday only, from 11am-3pm, kids ages 5-15 are invited to don tree-climbing harnesses and hardhats and ascend into the canopy of Wave Hill's old sugar maple tree to get a birds-eye view of Wave Hill.

Advance registration is not required.
