Presidents Day Celebration 2021 – Virtual History (Nixon Library)
Mon Feb 15, 2021
10:00am to 5:00pm ET
Age: 6 and up
Price: Free
Location:
Nixon Presidential Library and Museum
We all could use a refresher course in how our government works. Luckily, some of our great former presidents are here to lay it all out for us.
Presidents George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Theodore Roosevelt, Calvin Coolidge and Franklin Roosevelt give a “masterclass” to understand the Articles of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, how a bill becomes a law, the concept of federalism, how presidential elections work and more.
This event, presented by the Nixon Presidential Library, is appropriate for viewers of all ages, but is especially important for younger Americans.
11am Pacific, 1pm Central, 2pm Eastern
