Broadway Week allows fans to snag 2-for-1 tickets to a host of Broadway shows during its biannual run, which (despite its name) typically takes place for two weeks in January/February and September. Many Broadway shows sell out within minutes, so you need to log on right when tickets go on sale. Seating restrictions and blackout dates apply. Kids' Night on Broadway is another 2-for-1 Broadway ticket deal, and this one is specifically for families. Buy one full-price adult ticket to a kid-friendly show and snag a FREE child's seat (ages 6-18). Sign up for the Broadway Fan Club to get on the info list.
4. TodayTix + Ticket Lotteries
The app TodayTix offers discounted and full-price Broadway tickets and handles the online lotteries for many Broadway shows. Playbill also has a comprehensive list of inexpensive rush, lottery, standing-room-only (SRO), and student ticket deals that is frequently updated. Most lotteries are done online, so you don't even have to leave the house to enter.
