Venice Electric Light Parade

Sun May 25, 2025 - Sun Aug 24, 2025
- see all dates
Repeating every week — Sundays through August 24, 2025.
Various times
Age: 6 and up
Price: Free
Every Sunday at dusk, cyclists gather at Windward Plaza to ride the neighborhood as a group, on festively lit bikes, promoting bike safety.
The luminous, occasionally neon, bikers ride through the streets just after sunset every week (unless it's raining) and make an eye-catching parade.
Families with kids are welcome, and those without enough light for their rides can supplement with a loan of some cool twinkly bits that the group always keeps on hand.
Bikes generally start gathering an hour or so before sunset, and the parade proper begins at sunset.
Rain cancels. As with all recurring activities, we advise checking before leaving home to be sure that it's happening this week; the group generally keeps its Facebook page up to date.
